FAQ about our products

Wheel Spacers.

question - Will these wheel spacers break my stock wheel studs?

answer - No , the bottom side of the wheel spacers and the top side are flat. When tightened flat against the wheel hub and rim this keeps the spacers and stock studs from being able to flex side to side.

question - Will the wheel be centered after installing these wheel spacers?

answer - Yes , the hole in stock rims are just large enough for the wheel stud on the spacers to fit through , this keeps the wheels centered up.

question - Will your spacers break if i jump my quad?

answer - Not very likely , your stock parts are more succeptible to bend and or break long before any wheel spacers will ever break. For jumping aplications we suggest the 3" size versus the 5" due to the fact that the wider you make your wheel stance the more pressure is put on the axle and other stock parts.

question - Will i notice a difference in the handling of my atv with the 3" wheel spacers or should i go with the 5"?

answer - Yes , 3" doesnt sound like much but widening your wheel stance by even a small amount will make a noticable difference. If you do not intend on jumping hard the 5" will work fine.

question - Does the 3" mean 3inches per side or 3inches total?

answer - The 3" means 3 inches total (1.5" per side) the 5" are (2.5" per side).

Lowering Kits.

question - Can i jump my quad with a lowering kit?

answer - You can take small jumps with a lowering kit but you shouldnt take large jumps such as MX racing on a lowered quad. Our lowering kits can take the abuse of jumping however with your atv lowered significantly the frame and suspension is more likely to bottom out on big jumps.

question - Will the front shocks swing or pivot when the front tires are off the ground with the CRJ lowering kits.?

answer - When installed correctly the front shocks should not be able to swing when the front end is off the ground. Most stock a arms use a flat gusset plate under the bottom shock mount , the lowering brackets flat bottom sits on this gusset plate and when tightened in place this prevents the lowering bracket from swinging.
